We plan to harness the visual appeal of platforms like Instagram content and promotions while leveraging Facebook and Google Ads for broader reach. To foster customer loyalty, we'll introduce a rewards program and send regular email newsletters with exclusive offers. In-store traffic will be boosted through themed events and collaborations with local schools. 

THE EXECUTION

Understanding the appeal of Boba tea among students, we recommended implementing a coupon distribution campaign to capture their attention and drive foot traffic to the store. By collaborating with schools in the vicinity, we secured permission to distribute exclusive coupons to students, offering enticing discounts on their favorite Boba tea flavors. This strategic approach not only increased brand visibility among the target demographic but also fostered positive word-of-mouth within the school community. As a result, the Boba tea store experienced a surge in student customers, creating a mutually beneficial relationship between the store and the schools it served.

In addition to the coupon distribution campaign, Roi Optima went the extra mile for Beach boba by providing students with free metal straws. Along with their initial purchase, each student received a durable and eco-friendly metal straw as a sustainable alternative to plastic. To further incentivize repeat visits, we implemented a unique promotion: students who returned to the store with their metal straw would receive a complimentary upgrade from a medium-sized drink to a large-sized one. This innovative approach not only encouraged environmentally-conscious behavior but also fostered customer loyalty and repeat business.
